The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Portola Bulldogs (Irvine, CA) and the visiting Claremont Wolfpack (Claremont, CA), saw Portola's volleyball squad nip Claremont by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, Portola upgrades its record to 9-4 on the year. The Bulldogs host Capistrano Valley (Mission Viejo, CA) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Thursday, March 7. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 3-10. Capistrano Valley won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Northwood (Irvine, CA)

The Wolfpack now own a 7-6 record. They play next when they travel to Upland for a Baseline bout on Thursday, March 7. Claremont will play a Highlanders/Scots squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Etiwanda (Etiwanda, CA). The Highlanders/Scots record now stands at 8-3.
