The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Peninsula Panthers (Rolling Hills Estates, CA) and the host Santa Monica Vikings (Santa Monica, CA), saw Peninsula's lacrosse team top Santa Monica by a margin of 16-5.
The Panthers (6-2) will now prepare for their challenge against El Segundo (El Segundo, CA). The Eagles enter the non-league challenge with a 1-6 record. In their last challenge, El Segundo was overwhelmed by Mira Costa (Manhattan Beach, CA), 20-2, in a non-league challenge.
The Vikings (1-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Valencia (Valencia, CA). The Vikings enter the non-league challenge with a 3-2 record. In their last challenge, Valencia beat San Marcos (Santa Barbara, CA), 11-7, in a non-league challenge.
