The Mission Bay Buccaneers baseball team scored 15 runs and limited the visiting Southwest SD Raiders to 2 in the Buccaneers non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Buccaneers (5-1) will now prepare for their match against Canyon Hills (San Diego, CA). The Rattlers come into the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Canyon Hills was overwhelmed by Escondido Charter (Escondido, CA), 9-7, in a non-league challenge.

With the defeat, Southwest SD falls to 0-2 on the season. The Raiders travel to Mount Miguel (Spring Valley, CA) to battle the Matadors in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 8. The Matadors come into the challenge with a record of 2-2. Mount Miguel lost 16-4 in their recent non-league challenge against University City (San Diego, CA)
