In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Fuquay - Varina Bengals (Fuquay-Varina, NC) lacrosse squad nipped the host Enloe Eagles (Raleigh, NC), by a count of 8-7.

Coming up next, the Bengals confront the Cleveland Rams (Clayton, NC) in a Greater Neuse River contest, on Friday, March 8. Fuquay - Varina will attempt to advance on its 2-1 season record. The Rams enter the contest with a 2-1 record after their 12-11 non-league win over Terry Sanford (Fayetteville, NC).

The Eagles now own a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Rolesville for a non-league contest on Thursday, March 7. Enloe will confront a Rams squad coming off a 15-4 league loss to Wake Forest (Wake Forest, NC). The Rams record now stands at 0-3.
