The crowd at Tuesday's non-league match between the Acalanes Dons (Lafayette, CA) and the visiting Deer Valley Wolverines (Antioch, CA), saw Acalanes's softball squad achieve victory over Deer Valley by a count of 15-4.

The Dons now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Mt. Eden for a non-league match on Thursday, March 7. Acalanes will face a Monarchs squad coming off a 16-5 non-league win over Kennedy (Fremont, CA). The Monarchs record now stands at 3-0.

With the loss, Deer Valley falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Wolverines host Concord (Concord, CA) to face the Minutemen in a non-league match on Thursday, March 7. The Minutemen enter the match with a record of 2-1. Concord won 11-10 in their recent non-league match against De Anza (El Sobrante, CA)
