The Canyon View Jaguars softball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Notre Dame Prep Saints to 0 in the Jaguars non-league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Canyon View improves its record to 3-1 on the year. The Jaguars travel to Verrado (Buckeye, AZ) to clash with the Vipers in a 5A Desert West game on Monday, March 11. The Vipers come into the game with a record of 4-7. Verrado lost 4-1 in their recent non-league game against Horizon (Scottsdale, AZ)

In their next game, the Saints clash with the Centennial Coyotes (Peoria, AZ) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, March 6. Notre Dame Prep will attempt to improve on its 4-5 season record. The Coyotes come into the game with a 2-2 record after their 9-1 league win over Kellis (Glendale, AZ).
