The Summerfield Rebels softball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Doyline Panthers to 2 in the Rebels non-league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Summerfield moves its record to 4-1 on the year. The Rebels travel to Gibsland-Coleman (Gibsland, LA) to play the Bulldogs in a C District 1 game on Wednesday, March 6. The Bulldogs come into the game with a record of 0-0.
In their next game, the Panthers play the Forest Bulldogs (Forest, LA) in a non-league game, on Thursday, March 7. Doyline will attempt to move on its 3-4 season record.
