With the triumph, Mamou moves its record to 7-1 on the year. The Demons host Catholic - N.I. (New Iberia, LA) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league game on Wednesday, March 6. The Panthers come into the game with a record of 7-5. Catholic - N.I. won 27-0 in their recent league game against Franklin (Franklin, LA)

In their next game, the Bobcats clash with the Kaplan Pirates (Kaplan, LA) in a 3A District 5 game, on Thursday, March 7. Erath will attempt to move on its 3-7 season record.
