The Sultana Sultans softball team scored 13 runs and limited the visiting Silverado Hawks to 3 in the Sultans non-league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Sultana advances its record to 8-2 on the campaign. The Sultans host Etiwanda (Etiwanda, CA) to face the Eagles in a non-league match on Wednesday, March 6. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 10-2. Etiwanda won 10-3 in their recent non-league match against Ramona (Riverside, CA)

With the loss, Silverado falls to 2-4 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to Granite Hills (Apple Valley, CA) to play the Cougars in a Desert Sky game on Thursday, March 7. The Cougars come into the game with a record of 6-4. Granite Hills won 17-0 in their recent non-league game against Academy of Careers & Exploration (Helendale, CA)
