The Riverview Sarasota Rams baseball team scored 2 runs and held the host Out-of-Door Academy Thunder to 1 in the Rams non-league win on Wednesday.

The Rams now hold a 3-6 record. They take the field next when they host Lakewood Ranch for a test on Friday, March 7. Riverview Sarasota will play a Mustangs team coming off a 11-2 non-league loss to Venice (Venice, FL). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-7.

With the defeat, Out-of-Door Academy drops to 3-4 on the year. The Thunder travel to Imagine School at North Port (North Port, FL) to play the Sharks in a 2A District 11 test on Friday, March 7. The Sharks go into the test with a record of 2-5. Imagine School at North Port won 1-0 in their recent non-league test against IMG Academy White (Bradenton, FL)
