In Wednesday's non-league game, the Monument Mountain Spartans (Great Barrington, MA) basketball team toppled the visiting Cathedral Panthers (Boston, MA), by a tally of 74-60.
The Spartans now possess a 20-2 record. They play next when they host Cohasset for a non-league game on Saturday, March 8. Monument Mountain will confront a Skippers team coming off a 41-27 non-league win over Millbury (Millbury, MA). The Skippers record now stands at 17-4.
With the loss, Cathedral falls to 14-7 on the campaign.
