The Peoria Christian Chargers basketball team scored 61 points and limited the host Illini Central Cougars to 30 in the Chargers non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Chargers now possess a 26-9 record. They play next when they travel to Princeville for a non-league game on Friday, March 7. Peoria Christian will confront a Princes team coming off a 56-42 non-league win over Illini Bluffs (Glasford, IL). The Princes record now stands at 25-8.

With the loss, Illini Central falls to 17-17 on the campaign.
