Washington High School Basketball - Meridian fells Overlake

The Meridian Trojans basketball team scored 65 points and limited the visiting Overlake Owls to 52 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Trojans now have a 18-9 record. They play next when they travel to Annie Wright for a non-league game on Thursday, March 6. Meridian will confront a Gators team coming off a 62-38 non-league win over Bear Creek (Redmond, WA). The Gators record now stands at 20-2.
With the loss, Overlake falls to 15-10 on the campaign. The Owls travel to Riverside (Chattaroy, WA) to confront the Rams in a non-league game on Tuesday, March 11. The Rams go into the game with a record of 17-6. Riverside lost 64-57 in their recent non-league game against Overlake (Redmond, WA)
