Fans at Wednesday's non-league contest between the Ramona Bulldogs (Ramona, CA) and the host Del Lago Academy Firebirds (Escondido, CA), observed Ramona's volleyball team top Del Lago Academy by a tally of 3-0.

The Bulldogs (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Canyon Crest Academy (San Diego, CA). The Ravens enter the non-league contest with a 9-0 record. In their last contest, Canyon Crest Academy beat Pacific Ridge (Carlsbad, CA), 3-1, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Firebirds meet the San Pasqual Golden Eagles (Escondido, CA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, March 11. Del Lago Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record.
