The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Grosse Pointe South Blue Devils (Grosse Pointe, MI) and the host King Crusaders (Detroit, MI), observed Grosse Pointe South's basketball team overwhelm King by a score of 52-23.
The Blue Devils (9-14) will now prepare for their challenge against Cass Tech (Detroit, MI). The Technicians come into the non-league challenge with a 14-7 record. In their last challenge, Cass Tech trounced Grosse Pointe North (Grosse Pointe, MI), 62-32, in a non-league challenge.
