The Berkeley Yellowjackets lacrosse squad scored 17 points and limited the visiting Granada Matadors to 2 in the Yellowjackets non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Yellowjackets now own a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Marin Catholic for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 7. Berkeley will clash with a Wildcats squad coming off a 10-8 non-league loss to Amador Valley (Pleasanton, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-2.

With the loss, Granada falls to 1-2 on the year. The Matadors travel to Northgate (Walnut Creek, CA) to meet the Broncos in a non-league contest on Tuesday, March 11. The Broncos go into the contest with a record of 0-1. Northgate lost 17-4 in their recent non-league contest against Bella Vista (Fair Oaks, CA)
