In Wednesday's non-league outing, the visiting Gray Stone Day Knights soccer squad scored a tight 2-0 win over the Southwestern Randolph Cougars.
The Knights (2-2) will now prepare for their outing against West Cabarrus (Concord, NC). The Wolverines enter the non-league outing with a 3-1 record. In their last outing, West Cabarrus by Porter Ridge (Indian Trail, NC), 1-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Cougars confront the Forest Hills Yellow Jackets (Marshville, NC) in a non-league outing, on Friday, March 7. Southwestern Randolph will attempt to improve on its 0-4 season record. The Yellow Jackets enter the outing with a 1-1 record after their 5-0 non-league win over Harding University (Charlotte, NC).
