The University Red Devils (San Francisco, CA) lacrosse nudged the visiting Menlo School Knights (Atherton, CA), 4-3 in Wednesday's non-league outing.
The Red Devils now own a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Cardinal Newman for a non-league outing on Friday, March 7. University will face a Cardinals squad coming off a 10-9 non-league loss to Novato (Novato, CA). The Cardinals record now stands at 1-1.
With the loss, Menlo School falls to 0-2 on the year. The Knights travel to Saint Francis (Mountain View, CA) to face the Lancers in a WCAL outing on Wednesday, March 12. The Lancers go into the outing with a record of 0-1.
