The Wren Hurricanes softball team scored 15 runs and held the host Chapman Panthers to 12 in the Hurricanes non-league win on Thursday.

The Hurricanes now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to T.L. Hanna for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 6. Wren will meet a Yellow Jackets squad coming off a 6-3 non-league win over Fountain Inn (Fountain Inn, SC). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 1-0.

With the loss, Chapman moves to 0-2 on the season. The Panthers travel to T.L. Hanna (Anderson, SC) to confront the Yellow Jackets in a non-league battle on Thursday, March 5.
