South Carolina High School Lacrosse - James Island drops to Porter-Gaud

Porter-Gaud Cyclones (Charleston, SC) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting James Island Trojans (Charleston, SC), 17-4 in a non-league battle.
The Cyclones now have a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Academic Magnet for a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 9. Porter-Gaud will clash with a Raptors squad coming off a 16-4 non-league loss to Wando (Mt. Pleasant, SC). The Raptors record now stands at 1-3.
In their next game, the Trojans clash with the May River Sharks (Bluffton, SC) in a 4A-1A Lower battle, on Monday, March 8. James Island will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Sharks come into the battle with a 4-1 record after their 18-14 league win over Hilton Head (Hilton Head Island, SC).
