South Carolina High School Baseball - Wando can't hold off James Island

The James Island Trojans baseball team scored 12 runs and limited the host Wando Warriors to 11 in the Trojans non-league victory on Sunday.
The Trojans (5-1) will now prepare for their match against Colleton County (Walterboro, SC). The Cougars go into the AAAA Region 7 match with a 1-2 record. In their last match, Colleton County edged Timberland (St. Stephen, SC), 14-1, in a non-league match.
The Warriors (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Berkeley (Moncks Corner, SC). The Stags go into the AAAAA Region 7 match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Berkeley was edged by Blythewood (Blythewood, SC), 7-2, in a non-league match.
