In Monday's non-league battle, the visiting Birmingham Patriots volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences Vipers.
The Patriots (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Poly (Sun Valley, CA). The Parrots come into the non-league battle with a 2-11 record.
Next, the Vipers clash with the Northridge Academy Pumas (Northridge, CA) in a Valley battle, on Thursday, March 9. Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences will attempt to advance on its 6-1 season record. The Pumas come into the battle with a 0-7 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Pasadena (Pasadena, CA).
