The Cedar Ridge Fighting Red Wolves soccer team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Voyager Vikings to 1 in the Fighting Red Wolves non-league victory on Monday.

Next, the Fighting Red Wolves face the Person Rockets (Roxboro, NC) in a Central 3A contest, on Wednesday, March 8. Cedar Ridge will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record. The Rockets enter the contest with a 0-1 record after their 4-0 non-league loss to Roxboro Community (Roxboro, NC).

The Vikings now have a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host Jordan-Matthews for a non-league contest on Thursday, March 9. Voyager will face a Jets team coming off a 5-3 non-league win over Southern Lee (Sanford, NC). The Jets record now stands at 2-1.
