In Monday's league battle, the host Forest Park Panthers soccer squad scored a close 5-1 win over the Morrow Mustangs.

The Panthers (3-8) will now prepare for their battle against Lovejoy (Lovejoy, GA). The Wildcats go into the 6A Region 3 battle with a 3-4 record. In their last battle, Lovejoy by Dutchtown (Hampton, GA), 10-0, in a non-league battle.
