In Monday's non-league test, the visiting Bishop Moore Hornets lacrosse squad scored a tight 8-5 victory over the Boone Braves.
The Hornets now have a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lake Highland Prep for a non-league test on Thursday, March 9. Bishop Moore will face a Highlanders squad coming off a 19-4 non-league win over Lake Brantley (Altamonte Springs, FL). The Highlanders record now stands at 5-0.
In their next game, the Braves face the Winter Park Wildcats (Winter Park, FL) in a non-league test, on Thursday, March 9. Boone will attempt to move on its 1-6 season record. The Wildcats come into the test with a 7-1 record after their 23-1 league win over East River (Orlando, FL).
