The Brewer Patriots soccer team scored 6 points and limited the visiting New Hope Indians to 0 in the Patriots non-league victory on Monday.
Next, the Patriots face the Russellville Golden Tigers (Russellville, AL) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, March 7. Brewer will attempt to better on its 6-3 season record. The Golden Tigers enter the contest with a 1-1 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Westminster Christian (Huntsville, AL).
The Indians now have a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Priceville for a 4A Area 8 contest on Thursday, March 9. New Hope will face a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-0 league loss to St. John Paul II (Huntsville, AL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-4.
