Moriarty Pintos (Moriarty, NM) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Highland Hornets (Albuquerque, NM), 24-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Pintos now own a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host East Mountain for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 9. Moriarty will battle a Timberwolves squad coming off a 24-2 non-league win over Hot Springs (Truth or Consequences, NM). The Timberwolves record now stands at 4-0.

With the loss, Highland falls to 0-7 on the campaign. The Hornets host Manzano (Albuquerque, NM) to battle the Monarchs in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 11. The Monarchs enter the challenge with a record of 2-3.
