St. Pauls Bulldogs (St. Pauls, NC) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Westover Wolverines (Fayetteville, NC), 22-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Bulldogs now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to E.E. Smith for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 8. St. Pauls will battle a Golden Bulls squad coming off a 21-0 league win over Terry Sanford (Fayetteville, NC). The Golden Bulls record now stands at 1-1.

With the loss, Westover falls to 2-1 on the campaign. The Wolverines host Pine Forest (Fayetteville, NC) to battle the Trojans in a All American 3A/4A challenge on Tuesday, March 7. The Trojans enter the challenge with a record of 0-1. Pine Forest lost 7-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Jack Britt (Fayetteville, NC)
