In Wednesday's non-league match, the visiting Spencerville Bearcats basketball team scored a good 62-45 triumph over the Wayne Trace Raiders.
In their next game, the Bearcats meet the Ottawa-Glandorf Titans (Ottawa, OH) in a non-league match, on Saturday, March 9. Spencerville will attempt to better on its 20-4 season record. The Titans enter the match with a 21-3 record after their 57-41 non-league win over Liberty-Benton (Findlay, OH).
With the defeat, Wayne Trace moves to 18-6 on the year.
