Grant Tigers (Grant, MI) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad smash the host Comstock Park Panthers (Comstock Park, MI), 48-27 in a non-league game.

In their next game, the Tigers face the Fremont Packers (Fremont, MI) in a non-league game, on Friday, March 8. Grant will attempt to move on its 15-6 season record. The Packers enter the game with a 19-4 record after their 45-32 non-league win over Sparta (Sparta, MI).

With the defeat, Comstock Park moves to 8-15 on the year.
