The Bartram Trail Bears softball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Clay Blue Devils to 7 in the Bears non-league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Bartram Trail improves its record to 4-3 on the year. The Bears travel to Creekside (St. Johns, FL) to clash with the Knights in a 7A District 1 game on Friday, March 8. The Knights come into the game with a record of 8-0. Creekside won 10-0 in their recent non-league game against Tocoi Creek (St. Augustine, FL)

In their next game, the Blue Devils clash with the Palatka Panthers (Palatka, FL) in a non-league game, on Thursday, March 7. Clay will attempt to improve on its 0-8 season record. The Panthers come into the game with a 1-5 record after their 5-4 non-league loss to Keystone Heights (Keystone Heights, FL).
