Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy Tigers (Avondale, LA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting West Jefferson Buccaneers (Harvey, LA), 15-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Tigers now own a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host South Terrebonne for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 12. Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy will face a Gators squad coming off a 12-2 league loss to Vandebilt Catholic (Houma, LA). The Gators record now stands at 3-8.

With the loss, West Jefferson falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Buccaneers host Metairie Park Country Day (Metairie, LA) to face the Cajuns in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 7. The Cajuns enter the challenge with a record of 8-0. Metairie Park Country Day won 15-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Kennedy (New Orleans, LA)
