The Anacoco Indians baseball team scored 5 runs and held the host Stanley Panthers to 1 in the Indians non-league win on Thursday.
The Indians now own a 2-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Calvary Baptist Academy for a non-league test on Friday, March 7. Anacoco will play a Cavaliers team coming off a 10-4 non-league loss to Captain Shreve (Shreveport, LA). The Cavaliers record now stands at 9-4.
With the defeat, Stanley drops to 7-5 on the year. The Panthers travel to Calvary Baptist Academy (Shreveport, LA) to play the Cavaliers in a non-league test on Saturday, March 8.
