The Bishop McGuinness Fighting Irish (Oklahoma City, OK) baseball trounced the visiting Lawton Wolverines (Lawton, OK), 10-2 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
The Fighting Irish now own a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host Elk City for a 4A District 4 challenge on Monday, March 10. Bishop McGuinness will clash with a Elks team coming off a 9-6 non-league win over Altus (Altus, OK). The Elks record now stands at 1-0.
With the defeat, Lawton drops to 0-4 on the year. The Wolverines travel to Riverside Indian (Anadarko, OK) to clash with the Braves in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 7. The Braves go into the challenge with a record of 0-1.
