Texas High School Baseball - Cooper wallops Brownwood

In Thursday's non-league game, the host Cooper Cougars baseball team scored a nice 15-3 win over the Brownwood Lions.
The Cougars (7-2) will now prepare for their game against Andrews (Andrews, TX). The Mustangs go into the non-league game with a 10-4 record. In their last game, Andrews was overwhelmed by West Plains (Amarillo, TX), 4-0, in a non-league game.
Next, the Lions play the Burleson Elks (Burleson, TX) in a non-league game, on Friday, March 7. Brownwood will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record. The Elks go into the game with a 6-2 record after their 8-1 non-league win over Memorial (Frisco, TX).
