In Thursday's non-league game, the host Varsity Opponent baseball team scored a nice 16-5 win over the John Paul II Catholic Saints.
The (12-30) will now prepare for their game against Cincinnati Trailblazers HomeSchool (Cincinnati, OH). The Trailblazers go into the non-league game with a 0-0 record.
Next, the Saints play the Coastal Christian Centurions (Wilmington, NC) in a NCISAA Coastal Plain game, on Tuesday, March 11. John Paul II Catholic will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Centurions go into the game with a 0-4 record after their 13-3 non-league loss to Thales Academy Rolesville (Rolesville, NC).
