The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the Sperry Pirates (Sperry, OK) and the visiting Sequoyah Eagles (Claremore, OK), saw Sperry's baseball team beat Sequoyah by a margin of 16-2.

The Pirates (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Claremore (Claremore, OK). The Zebras enter the non-league battle with a 4-0 record. In their last battle, Claremore defeated Adair (Adair, OK), 7-3, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Eagles face the Inola Longhorns (Inola, OK) in a battle, on Friday, March 7. Sequoyah will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record.
