The Acalanes Dons (Lafayette, CA) volleyball knocked off the visiting Monte Vista Mustangs (Danville, CA), 3-0 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Dons now possess a 3-5 record. They play next when they travel to Northgate for a Diablo - Foothill bout on Tuesday, March 11. Acalanes will clash with a Broncos team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Amador Valley (Pleasanton, CA). The Broncos record now stands at 5-1.

With the loss, Monte Vista drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Granada (Livermore, CA) to clash with the Matadors in a East Bay bout on Friday, March 7. The Matadors come into the bout with a record of 6-1. Granada won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Del Oro (Loomis, CA)
