Arizona High School Volleyball - Mountain Ridge over Corona del Sol

Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Mountain Ridge Mountain Lions (Glendale, AZ) and the visiting Corona del Sol Aztecs (Tempe, AZ), observed Mountain Ridge's volleyball team top Corona del Sol by a count of 3-0.

The Mountain Lions (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Chandler (Chandler, AZ). The Wolves enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Chandler notched a victory over Tucson High Magnet School (Tucson, AZ), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Aztecs meet the Shadow Ridge Stallions (Surprise, AZ) in a non-league contest, on Friday, March 7. Corona del Sol will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Stallions enter the contest with a 1-0 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Corona del Sol (Tempe, AZ).
