The Westminster Christian Academy Wildcats soccer squad scored 8 points and held the visiting Buckhorn Bucks to 0 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Thursday.
The Wildcats now hold a 5-1 record. They play next when they host Madison Academy for a non-league bout on Tuesday, March 18. Westminster Christian Academy will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 7-0 league win over Tanner (Tanner, AL). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-1.
With the loss, Buckhorn moves to 3-7 on the year. The Bucks host Mae Jemison (Huntsville, AL) to encounter the Jaguars in a 6A Area 16 bout on Tuesday, March 18. The Jaguars go into the bout with a record of 0-8.
