The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the Mountain View Mountain Lions (Tucson, AZ) and the host Flowing Wells Caballeros (Tucson, AZ), saw Mountain View's baseball team gain a win over Flowing Wells by a tally of 18-1.

The Mountain Lions now own a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Mica Mountain for a non-league test on Friday, March 7. Mountain View will clash with a Thunderbolts team coming off a 12-2 non-league loss to ALA - Queen Creek (Queen Creek, AZ). The Thunderbolts record now stands at 0-1.

With the defeat, Flowing Wells drops to 0-2 on the year. The Caballeros host Buena (Sierra Vista, AZ) to clash with the Colts in a test on Tuesday, April 22. The Colts go into the test with a record of 2-1.
