Georgetown Eagles (Georgetown, TX) boosters exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they saw their baseball team gain a win over the visiting Vista Ridge Rangers (Cedar Park, TX), 8-0 in a non-league battle.

The Eagles (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Pflugerville Connally (Austin, TX). The Cougars enter the non-league battle with a 0-0 record.

Next, the Rangers face the Round Rock Dragons (Round Rock, TX) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, March 11. Vista Ridge will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
