In Thursday's non-league test, the Wheeler Wildcats (Marietta, GA) lacrosse team overwhelmed the host North Springs Spartans (Atlanta, GA), by a count of 11-6.
Next up, the Wildcats battle the Etowah Eagles (Woodstock, GA) in a 3A Area 4 test, on Tuesday, March 11. Wheeler will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Eagles enter the test with a 2-3 record after their 12-4 non-league win over Carrollton (Carrollton, GA).
The Spartans (2-3) will now prepare for their test against Druid Hills (Atlanta, GA). The Red Devils enter the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Druid Hills was overwhelmed by Chamblee (Chamblee, GA), 20-3, in a non-league test.
