Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Irmo Yellow Jackets (Columbia, SC) and the visiting Batesburg-Leesville Panthers (Batesburg, SC), saw Irmo's soccer squad triumph over Batesburg-Leesville by a score of 8-0.
The Yellow Jackets (2-3) will now prepare for their battle against May River (Bluffton, SC). The Sharks enter the non-league battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, May River Ashley Ridge (Summerville, SC), 2-2, in a non-league battle.
