The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Belton-Honea Path Bears (Honea Path, SC) and the visiting Easley Green Wave (Easley, SC), observed Belton-Honea Path's softball team get by Easley by a tally of 6-1.
The Bears (4-0) will now prepare for their bout against Mountain View Prep (Spartanburg, SC). The Stars go into the non-league bout with a 1-1 record. In their last bout, Mountain View Prep was routed by Woodmont (Piedmont, SC), 6-1, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Green Wave clash with the Palmetto Mustangs (Williamston, SC) in a non-league bout, on Friday, March 7. Easley will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The Mustangs go into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 12-4 non-league loss to Woodmont (Piedmont, SC).
