North Carolina High School Softball - West Cabarrus bounces Christ the King

March 6, 2025: Concord, NC 28027

In Thursday's non-league match, the host West Cabarrus Wolverines softball team scored a nice 22-6 win over the Christ the King Crusaders.

The Wolverines (2-3) will now prepare for their match against Lake Norman (Mooresville, NC). The Wildcats come into the Greater Metro 4A match with a 4-1 record. In their last match, Lake Norman notched a victory over Bandys (Catawba, NC), 11-1, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Crusaders confront the Pine Lake Prep Pride (Mooresville, NC) in a Catawba Shores Athletic 1A/2A match, on Friday, March 7. Christ the King will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Pride come into the match with a 3-0 record after their 17-0 league win over Christ the King (Huntersville, NC).
