The Riverbank Bruins softball squad (Riverbank, CA), was routed 5-0 in Thursday's non-league contest with the visiting Escalon Cougars (Escalon, CA)

With the triumph, Escalon improves its record to 3-3 on the year. The Cougars host Manteca (Manteca, CA) to face the Buffaloes in a non-league contest on Friday, March 7. The Buffaloes enter the contest with a record of 4-1. Manteca won 7-3 in their recent non-league contest against Calaveras (San Andreas, CA)

The Bruins now hold a 2-8 record. They play next when they host Kimball for a non-league contest on Monday, March 10. Riverbank will face a Jaguars squad coming off a 12-11 non-league win over San Leandro (San Leandro, CA). The Jaguars record now stands at 4-3.
