Holy Savior Menard Eagles (Alexandria, LA) supporters left the game pleased Thursday as they saw their softball squad thwart the host Mamou Demons (Mamou, LA), 11-2 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Holy Savior Menard improves its record to 5-4 on the year. The Eagles travel to Ouachita Parish (Monroe, LA) to play the Lions in a non-league game on Friday, March 7. The Lions enter the game with a record of 6-3. Ouachita Parish won 15-2 in their recent non-league game against Bastrop (Bastrop, LA)

The Demons now hold a 3-5 record. They play next when they travel to Sacred Heart for a non-league game on Tuesday, March 11.
