Nevada High School Baseball - Durango wallops Spring Valley

The Durango Trailblazers baseball team scored 11 runs and held the visiting Spring Valley Grizzlies to 1 in the Trailblazers non-league win on Friday.

The Trailblazers now own a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Green Valley for a non-league test on Saturday, March 7. Durango will encounter a Gators squad coming off a 4-2 non-league loss to Faith Lutheran (Las Vegas, NV). The Gators record now stands at 4-2.

The Grizzlies (3-3) will now prepare for their outing against Cimarron-Memorial (Las Vegas, NV). The Spartans enter the 4A Mountain outing with a 2-4 record. In their last outing, Cimarron-Memorial was overwhelmed by Clark (Las Vegas, NV), 10-0, in a league outing.
