Sonora Raiders (La Habra, CA) fans left the game pleased Friday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Kennedy Fighting Irish (La Palma, CA), 21-1 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Sonora advances its record to 5-1 on the season. The Raiders host El Modena (Orange, CA) to battle the Vanguards in a non-league match on Tuesday, March 10. The Vanguards go into the game with a record of 6-1. El Modena won 10-1 in their recent league outing against Pacifica (Garden Grove, CA)

The Fighting Irish (0-7) will now prepare for their outing against Buena Park (Buena Park, CA). The Coyotes come into the Golden West outing with a 1-5 record. In their last outing, Buena Park was overwhelmed by Colony (Ontario, CA), 4-1, in a non-league outing.
